Effective 01/01/2025 my per session fee is $195. This fee is due at the time of service.
I currently accept credit or debit cards (including HSA benefit cards) as payment for services.
If you have insurance:
Currently, I am an in-network provider with many of the plans from the following companies (insurance companies offer a wide range of plans – be sure to check the specifics of your plan).

With all other insurance companies I may be considered an out of network provider. While not all plans allow out of network providers, many do. As an out of network provider, I am paid directly by you at time of service, and then provide you with a monthly ‘Superbill’ that you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement directly to you.
It is your responsibility to understand what your insurance company’s specific plan will or will not reimburse to you. The best way to confirm your benefits is for you to contact your insurance company representative directly.
